Network is one of those films which not many people talk about. Nobody
brings it up in casual conversation, it rarely makes any lists, but for
some reason it gets good word of mouth. There seems to be some
underlying positive movement to plant the idea of seeing this film in
peoples minds.
Unfortunately, the film isn't good. It's made out to be about a guy who
goes psycho and is exploited for it. It's barely about that. Soon enough
his craziness plateaus and the rest of the film - which is deathly dull
- takes center stage, it's about relationships and is very, very
uninteresting.
